  • What are Wax Melts?
Zoe Serenity wax melts are a fabulous way to release a variety of beautiful fragrances into your home or office and can be heated in a electric warmer or with a tea light. Zoe Serenity uses compostable packaging for our wax melt bars and recycled packaging for our larger wax melts. Our wax melts are made with coconut tart wax and scented with paraben and phthalate-free fragrance oil and sustainably sourced essential oils. Zoe Serenity wax melts heat slowly in a warmer and release aroma steadily over time. Since wax melts release fragrance slower, it allows them to have a longer burn time than traditional candles. Our wax melts work in large and small spaces and are an eco-friendly way to elevate your mood and space.
  • What if I have a specific fragrance request?
If you have a fragrance you believe would make a perfect wax melt or candle and we don't carry it, please contact us with your suggestion.
  • How do I care for my candle?
Here are a few things you can do to help extend the life of your candle.... The first time you burn your candle is the most important. Allow the wax to melt completely to the sides of the jar or tin before extinguishing – this helps to prevent “tunneling”. Burn candle for a minimum of 1 hour and no longer than 4 hours. Be sure to trim wick to ¼” … a quick trim between lightings is best. This helps control the size of the flame so as not to burn too fast. The wick length is especially important when buring coconut wax candles. If the flame on your candle seems to high, blow it out (wait for wax to cool), trim wick, and then re-light candle. Please, do not leave your candles unattended and place away from draft, children, and pets and always place candles on a heat-resistant base and set on a level stable surface
